It is on a background of earthy notes and some aromatic herbs, that fruity cherry and fresh raspberries aromas show up.

Grape Variety: Negra Mole.

Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 9 days at 22oC followed by maceration for 3 weeks. ageing in 750 litres terracotta amphorae for 8 months.

A wine of great complexity, with notes of wild berries and hints of spice emerging. It also presents subtle balsamic notes.
Elegant and smooth, very well-balanced, the perfect match for a fine red meat dish.

Grape Variety: Alicante Bouché, Touriga Nacional and Castelão.

Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

​With a light green-citrus hue, this wine offers a fresh and delicate aroma, featuring hints of tropical fruits and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, it presents a smooth texture, balanced acidity, and a fruity presence. The finish is long and elegant.

Grape Variety: Loureiro, Arinto, and Trajadura.

Vinification: Manual harvest in 50-liter (approx. 20kg) boxes. Pressing of destemmed and whole grapes, followed by natural clarification at 10ºC. Fermentation under strict temperature control. Aged on fine lees until blending. Light filtration and cold stabilization prior to bottling.

Great Freshness and minerality, together with smooth and volume, long and persistant palate.

Grape variety: Arinto, Alvarinho and Sauvignon Blanc.

​Manual harvest, partly fermented in stainless steel, 2% in used French oak barrels. 5 month’s ageing with fine lees before bottling.

Aroma with tropical notes, balanced by a light vegetal touch, reminiscent of green asparagus.

Vibrant and fresh acidity, with mineral notes reflecting the Atlantic Terroir.

No aging

Light pink. Notes of fresh red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and a light floral. Very fresh, reflecting good acidity, in an enveloping and smooth set.

Grape variety: Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Manual harvest and direct press with whole bunch. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, followed by stage on fine sediments for 5 months.

Bright pale pink color. Floral aroma with notes of violet and subtle vegetal nuances, with a touch of minerality. On the palate, vibrant and fresh acidity, mineral notes.

Grape variety: Castelão, Trincadeira and Touriga Naciona.
